Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Filmigram. This policy explains refunds for subscriptions and one-time purchases.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

PPV purchases are final once playback has started. If you experience a technical fault preventing playback, contact support within 24/48 hours.

Accidental duplicate charges verified by our billing team will be refunded to the original payment method.

Email support@filmigram.com with your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request.
